Boiler shift superintendent
White Nile Sugar

 Background:

The White Nile Sugar Company is the premier provider of processed sugar based products from sugar cane. Established in 2004, the company is bifurcated into two substantial asset groups – its vast land holdings and fields, and its factory and plant. The organization is located near the Abu Hebera Village, White Nile State, approximately 168 kilometers south of Khartoum, Sudan.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

• Planning, organising, directing and controlling the various activities in the section both during crop operations and maintenance periods. • Prepare spare parts requirements and distribution of allocated budget for each Pr raised and evaluating quotations for technical acceptance. • Checking new spares that are received in the stores and then signing G.R.N papers. • Monitoring boilers` operations to satisfy the steam demand for Power House, Mills, Process and Animal Feed plant. • Issuing of SIV for spare parts from the Stores. • Plan and prepare maintenance jobs, manpower distribution for the off-crop maintenance programme and write the manpower annual assessment


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

• B. Sc. In Mechanical.

• Certified Boiler Engineer or Sugar Engineering preverbal

• 07– 10 Years Experience in Boiler Operations & Maintenance.
