Background:
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, planning and directing quality activities in support of the Company’s quality assurance operations and goals, ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained with a targeted emphasis on continuous improvement, providing support, structure and documented formalized training for employees within the organization in all areas.
The position requires hands -on, self -starter with the ability to motivate and lead subordinates and others.
The Quality Assurance Manager must be a skilled communicator who is able to convey information, ideas and policy to all levels within the organization. |

Duties and responsibilities: 1) Direct and coordinate the company’s quality program , including the implementation of ISO 22000 systems and procedures. 2) Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, and recommend continuous improvement activities. 3) Prepare monthly summaries of quality issues for the General Manager. 4) Ensure appropriate calibration of quality equipment. 5) Work with Design on new component introduction, alternative raw materials, tooling requirements, test plans, and product qualification requirements. 6) Keep senior management abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities. 7) Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability. 8) Refine and develop the existing product warranty and return policy for finished goods. 9) Assure adherence to JIMCO and international product regulations regarding quality |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
1) Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Vet, animal production or a related field, or equivalent work experience of Quality Assurance management.
2) Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
3) Minimum of 6 years of relevant quality management experience.
