Duties and responsibilities:
Receiving:
1. Supervise receipt of all meat (lamb and cows). Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
2. Assume responsibility for delivery of all meat received by production to loading proper on shipment basis.
3. Load and un-load cold stores under his supervision.
4. Evaluate cooling parameters (temperature, humidity and etc.) of cold stores and take appropriate action

Inventory Supervise cold stores after each slaughter and storage of all meat. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in economic or directly related field; four year experience in a same position. |
