Duties and responsibilities: · Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; Preparing an annual budget ;scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances ;Initiating corrective actions. · Build market strategies and invent new roles for business development and Come up with new business opportunities · Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. · Day-to-day management of marketing departments that includes, marketing · Research, trade marketing, media and communication and provide support needed by all these units · Cater for and address all matters connected with the business of the above mentioned Units. · Post evaluation of consumer promotions and trade promotions · Determine products marketing challenges and recommend necessary marketing strategies to penetrate the market · Recommend product shape/size change for more marketing opportunities · Work closely with retail and whole sales departments
