 Background:

Job Description:

 

·        Plan, direct and control L’Oreal ‘targeted sale successful achievement of sales objectives and to safeguard the company image in the market place& with L’Oreal Agent.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

 

1.     Prepare and get approve the annual sales plan and budget for the different L’Oreal brands which will meet company budget and business planning requirements.

2.     Organizes, control and motivate sales force to achieve sales objectives within agreed profit margins total sales revenue.

3.     Select, train, and develop sales personnel to the caliber necessary to meet the current and long term needs of the department.

4.     Monitor change in the market situation and legislative requirements, and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.

5.     Assist to ensure the L’Oreal 's product development and promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.

6.     Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure the image of Premiers’ is maintained and enhanced, as an aid to achieve sales targets.

7.     Contribute to the development of marketing plans and technical improvements to products/ brands to help maintain the company's position in the market shares.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

-         Degree in Business Administration post graduate is preference.

-          Minimum of 10 Year experience in sales and sales mgt.

-         In depth knowledge of the Sudanese cross culture better understanding under the marketing characteristic & dynamics.

-         Good financial knowledge & understanding of financial reports.

-         Good understanding of distribution processes & roles, whole sales business & sales planning.
