 Background:

Job Scope:

 

·         Extend new market opportunities to Huawei devices brand (MOBILE HANDSET & HUAWEI` DEVICES) though Retail angle.

·         -Increase sales volume to reach company targets, market penetrating with Huawei new brands, and gain good relationship with customers.

·         -Expand Huawei devices reputation in local market though Retail angle.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for the retail operation management.

2.      Responsible for collecting and analyzing retail sales data, customer requirement and competitor information and provide reports.

3.      Field force team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of field force staff, and oversee their daily activities.

4.      Store management. Should know how to manage the retail shops and enhance the product visibility, improve the display and push for the sell out;

5.      Design the coverage standard, display standard, shop branding standard and implement it.

6.      Design and facilitate development and implementation the retail plans.

7.       Design and implementation of the Sudan retail strategy based on the understanding of the company strategy.

8.    Plan of the annual retail operations budget. Integrate retail resources and build up   the regional platform of retail resources and suppliers.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Ø  Minimum Qualification: Bachelor or above (Preferred in BS Telecom/MBA).

Ø  3 years’ experience in Telecommunication Operation

Ø  Fluent English.

Ø  Strong knowledge of Company product and able to maintain a comprehensive business knowledge.

Ø  Possess keen judgment; able to grasp the development trend and sales strategies of the market in the whole country

Ø  Able to establish customer relationship with customers of value and multinational operators;

Ø  Must be able to work and communicate well in a team environment and has great presentation skills.

Ø  -Have deep relationship of local distributors and general retailers…etc

Ø  3~5 years experience in the distribution handset market or fast moving consuming good

Ø  GTM planning and execution process for General Retail, covering all retail activities

Ø  Have experience on managing field force team

Ø  Have strong ability on market analysis and output guideline

Ø  Work experience with Samsung, Nokia, LG, Dal Group, Sagar, Coca Cola, Pepsi are preferred.
