Duties and responsibilities:
· Business skills in being able to carefully manage an office (e.g. receiving payments/organizing electronic client files/welcoming clients/managing a master schedule of activities/managing scans and photocopies/taking initiative and responsibility for the office).

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · B.sc in Business Administration / Languages / Education. · Experience in office Management, Management of files online using software. · Fluent English Speaker who have strong command of technology such as ipads/computers. · Must be able to seamlessly communicate via mobile technologies/apps/software such as Whatsapp, Skype, Email account, Facebook, LinkedIn etc to ensure smooth communication with the team. · Easy use of cloud-based education software and we require staff to feel comfortable using the internet and computer to log and document work and track progress. · Sharp, fast, intelligent and flexible. · Maturity, Fluency in English and Comfort with Computers is a Must! · Must be able to seamlessly communicate via mobile technologies/apps/software such as Whatsapp, Skype, Email account, Facebook, LinkedIn etc to ensure smooth communication with the team. · Easy use of cloud-based education software and we require staff to feel comfortable using the internet and computer to log and document work and track progress. · Sharp, fast, intelligent and flexible. |
