Act as intermediary between the buyer and seller

Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Locate and appraise undeveloped areas for building sites, based on area market condition

Visit properties to asses them before showing them to clients.

Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending.

Arrange meeting between buyers and sellers when details of transaction needed to be negotiated.

Investigate clients financially and credit status to determine eligibly for financing.

Coordinate appointments to show homes to potential buyers

Interview clients to see what type of property they need.

Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and lease.

Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortages, legal requirements and related matters.
