To ensure, drive, enhance and maintain the improvement of Providers / Contractual Experience, S/he will ensure that the right metrics are being set to meet the business expectations and that there is a proper use of focused improvement tools to drive the continuous improvement wheel

EDUCATION  University degree or certification in a medical/ clinical related field for the medical quality control

EXPERIENCE FIELDS  delivers good and concise presentations

 Experience in a customer service or service quality field preferred.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

-       1-3 years experience in a relevant medical field (for the medical auditor).

-       1 year experience in service quality management (preferred)

General Requirements:

-       Holding ( MBBS, MBBCH ) in Medicine & Surgery.

-       Must to be a registered Doctor.

-       Fresh Graduates or Maximum 3 years of experience ( except the above position : D & F ) .

-       Fluent in English spoken & written.

-       Very Good Computer Skills & MS office.

-        Insurance experience will be preferable.
