Background:
Job Purpose:
The overall objective of the job to provide independent objective assurance & consulting activity for WNSC agricultural, harvesting and irrigation operations, it helps WNSC accomplish its objectives, and evaluate & improve the effectives of risk management, control & governance process.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assists in identifying and evaluating the CO.’s audit risk areas and provides input to the development of the risk-based annual internal audit plan
-
Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting
-
Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.

Develops and maintains productive team-oriented client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings, to facilitate work flow
-
Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers
-
Performs related work as assigned by audit seniors

Perform operations audit and performance tests
-
Establish the parameters for evaluating the performance
-
Identify the areas for improvements and those with better scope
-
Assists in preparing an operations audit program. Plan the commencement and conclusion dates.

Assess various agriculture activates that impact quality, productivity, safety, and cost for sugarcane operations
-
Recommends development that enhance agriculture operation performance in regards to Quality, Timeliness and Cost;
-
Follow up corrective actions for improvement, keeps logs, charts and other necessary information in support the corrective actions
-
Provide management with technical advices and risk assessments on all agric engineering matters.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
-
Msc.in Agriculture engineering.
-
MPA is preferable.
-
Knowledge of all sugarcane operations.
-
Ability to use computers and software such as GIS , Spreadsheets, and Word Processing programs to create professional quality support materials
-
Highly skillful at inspecting, testing and conducting analysis
-
Superior data management, report making abilities.
-
Ability to judge, evaluate and monitor performances.
-
Excellent leadership and personnel management abilities.
-
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
-
Communication skills, fluent in Arabic & English.
-
Driving license.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
