Requirements:

·         Ideal person should have 7-10 years of total experience in Service Workshop of automobiles (preferably 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers) out of which last 2-3 years on a managerial or senior level.

·         Person should be local with local market experience and team handling exposure.

·         He will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction

·         He should be able to direct the procurement of all types of company owned and operated automotive equipment and materials, supplies, and parts required to maintain automotive equipment, garages, and storage facilities.

·         Coordinates automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and prevent operational delays in other departments.
