Is responsible for the entire operation of a branch; from forecasting, negotiations with buyers,

Contracting to ensure the attainment of sales Goals and provision of  excellent customer service. 

Education & Experience

·         Graduate with Management degree from a reputed Institution within Sudan.

·         Minimum 5-7 years of work experience with any Sudanese company involved in Coffee Trading Biz

·         Person should have proven track record of setting up new Biz from scratch in Sudan

Knowledge & Skills

·         Should possess good interpersonal skills and must have abilities to build and manage business relationships.

·         He/she should be able to conceptualize sales projections, and motivate the team into attaining these goals.

·         Person should possess good selling skills

·         Branch operations managers should also be highly analytical and well organized, proficient with the use of computers and related software

·         Should be customer service oriented; and have strong decision-making and problem solving skills.

Location: Position to be based out of Khartoum

Benefits: Salary Range – 1,500 to 2,000 USD per month plus Car with a Driver and other office amenities
