 Background:

 Duties and responsibilities:

·         To manage, administer and implement the Company’s Annual Performance Evaluation, Career Path Development planning, EPSI and training plans.

·         To be responsible of administering and running the day to day activities of the Admin & HR department.

·         Contribute to the development of proper administrative system and routines.

·         To conduct all new hiring interviews with the assistance of Department Heads.

·         To keep up-to-date all EPs personnel records.

·         To administer the Company’s HR system and Data Base.

·         Driving the process to ensure that company retains key training and has a “pipeline” of training at all levels.

·         Communicating and coordinating all Training processes in effective manner.

·         Ensuring the training and development process is dynamic and linked to needs of the business.

·         Ensures that all departments have a set of agreed goals (SMART based) at beginning of year and these are well communicated.

·         To organize, direct and supervise staff affairs.

·         HR report writing.

·         Representing the company in labor office, and all legal cases related to labor law.

·           Responsible for following client’s QHSE policies.

·           Attend frequent meetings with sister company HRM’s

·           To perform other roles as shall be assigned by General Manager.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         University Graduate in Management or related fields.

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in Admin and HR filed or related fields.

·         Good Management skills.

·         Excellent command in Arabic and English

·         Excellent Computer Skills, especially Words, Excel and Power Point.

·         Safety Courses would be preferred
