 Background:

1-Participate in strategic planning for the Health Care Facility.
 
2-Provide leadership and guidance on QI projects directly or indirectly (through QI Facilitators).
 
3-Follow-up CQI projects results and disseminate information about improvement to all departments.
 
4-Manage, implement and maintain the change to improve work processes according to CQI project results.
 
5-Guide CQI projects in health care facility to improve quality and maintain patient safety at all times.
 
6-Provides technical and consulting support to all CQI projects in all departments.
 
7-Benchmark performance indicators against a set of local/ International standard to improve quality.
 
8-Follow-up adherence of all departments to all policies and By-Laws implemented by MSD.
 
9-Monitor performance through audits and regular of minutes of meeting of all departments and standing Senior Teams as per CQI & PS implementation guidelines in NAFH facilities.
 
10-Monitor performance indicators continuously to improve quality.
 
11-Send performance indicators reports quarterly to CQI Department in MSD.
 
12-Issue a periodical by CQI Department to all departments about opportunities of QI.
 
13-Perform satisfaction survey for patient to improve services (at least once a year).
 
14-Interacts with healthcare stakeholders to share information regarding performance improvement initiates.
 
15-Develops orientation and educational materials designed to educate staff and management about performance improvement.
 
16-Participates in CQIPS Systems Improvement activities, Systems Control activities and Staff Development activities.
 
17-Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. 
 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

1-Graduate of Bachelor Degree from recognized university.
 
2-At least three (3) experiences in related field (Quality /Performance improvement and date abstraction responsibilities in a hospital setting). 
 
3-Knowledge of Medical Terminology, basic computer skills, and shorthand.
