 Background:

·         Attend all incoming calls identify them and respond to them accordingly.

 

·         Deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries, complaints by phone and/or email.

 

·         Expedite customer orders including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment.

 

·         Work during the odd hours in order to meet customers’ requirements, try to resolve their problems and encourage for future business prospects.

 

·         Proactively foresee possible delays or complications and try to minimize them.

 

·         Ensure the accuracy of financial records for billing purpose.

 

·         Follow-up and submission of POD on time.

 

·         Manifesting waybill printing and entering delivery sheets.

 

·         Coordinate with Operation and Sales Departments.

 

·         Entertain walk in customers.

 

·         Promote services via email and telephone.

 

·         Maintain high level of punctuality.

 

·         Maintain consistent, reliable attendance standards.

 

·         Maintain company and client confidentiality.

 

·         Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management.

 



 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

1-High School / Diploma or Equivalent 
2-Possess basic computer skills
3-Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
4-Good analytical skills
5-Good customer service and sales skills
6- 2+ years in relevant position
7-Telephone communication manners
8-Ability to work independently
