Duties and responsibilities: · Coordinate and Facilitates transportation arrangements for employees. · Manage and supervision Cafeteria to insure clean, availability of meals to staff. · Supervision and coordinate with building maintenance company (contractors) to insure proper maintenance. · Supervision and coordinate with travel agencies to facilitate the travel, visa and airline ticket for employees. · Coordinate with finance team to insure all payment are settlement according to the budget. · Insure all company car are in good condition ( Cars maintenance – Cars license – Car insurance ) · Coordinate and facilitate accommodation for employee. · Effective reporting to the management . |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Bsc in Business Administration. · 2-4 years experience. · Good computer skills. |
