A company working on the oil field is looking for candidates with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

• Bank reconciliations

• General ledger reconciliations

• Month-end closing

• Producing financial statements

• Budgets and variance analysis

• Investments tracking

•  Contracts invoicing

• Maintain supporting documentation and systems

• Support in the preparation of annual audits and filing of annual taxes (as needed)

• Other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as an accountant

• Experience with fund accounting software

• PC proficiency and established skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Other qualities sought: organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work independently, good communication skills and enthusiasm for environmental issues.
