Duties and responsibilities: 1. Execute Marketing promotions and initiatives to meet consumer and customer needs 2. Assist in developing initiatives using Best Practice tools 3. Ensures programs meet the needs of major trade channels 4. Ensure execution of all media and marketing agenda 5. Analyze Retail Audit data and write bimonthly reports. Audit other sources of market information (monthly sales reports, etc) and write analytical reports as necessary. 6. Tracks and continuously improves performance of initiatives 7. Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities 8. Execute strategy plan and implementation to increase performance and competitiveness |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Qualification
1. Experience in the Gulf 2. Industrial field experience 3. Computer and software knowledge in Sales and Marketing 4. Sales Certificate from academic institute of repute 5. Experience in business planning and business development 6. Hard working in tough environment 7. Fluent in English Skills Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames) Planning & organizing (Multiple priority management) Thinking Skills (Trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions) persuasive Communication (Clear, fluent concise communication, gaining agreement and commitment) Education
