 Duties and responsibilities:

  1.  

Receiving  of materials
  1.  

Looking after the material on stock
  1.  

Issues of materials for production & other departments 
  1.  

Determines items & quantity of stock
  1.  

Requisition of materials
  1.  

Resolves discrepancies in requisition
  1.  

Purchase orders and delivery reports
  1.  

Unload coordination of inbound materials
  1.  

Instruct and supervise employees
  1.  

Communicate with people with different departments
  1.  

Write all related reports through system

 
 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

EDUCATION:

  •                 No specific type of education, but should have at least a degree.
  •                 Good knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft

EXPERIENCE:                 

 

  • At least five years of experience equivalent to a storekeeper
