 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of the GA & the Group environment.

 

  • Public relation (Government Relationship).

 

  1. Provide (telecommunication document, tell bills, electrically bills, Water, etc).

 

  1. Others government departments of (municipality, health section, garbage section …etc).

 

  • Administrative functions control and organize all administrative functions (e.g., fuel management & controlling, Group vehicles, maintenance – registrations, staff transportation, drivers management and controlling (Over time , hiring , transferring , evaluation ) recommendation

 

  • Hygiene and environmental sanitation clearance operations (direct responsibilities for all cleanliness and environmental sanitation plant process , In terms of the management and supervision of companies that are contracted to do the job

 

  • Security issues

 

  1. all policies and procedures relating to the security Issues ( internal and external ) control systems and protection of property, Protection of property and people and vehicles and equipment owned companies have, )

 

  1. Daily supervision and follow-up to corporate sites and make sure that the people in charge of security and safety that they perform their role to the fullest
  1. Management and control of all security agencies and companies contracting with the Group (Contracting with companies involved , Technical supervision on their performance on a daily basis , Responsibility for the monthly payments , Recommendation to end the contracts or the renewal of these companies

 

  • Represent the company and turn them in matters relating to open communications and prosecutors and courts

 

  • Supervision to secure equipment and firefighting equipment

 

  • Building General maintenance (electricity, Pints, plumbers, water problems, etc).

 

  • Delegated form the company to solve all the bulletin/ statement problems.

 

  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:-

 

  • To act responsibly within the company health and safety guidelines.

 

  • To monitor and efficiently control all company staff transports.

 

  • For the effective utilization of all security staff and all security matters (company security zone).

 

  • To produce a regular monthly report about the performance of your department and actions taken.

 

  • To coordinate with the cleaning company, to control and be sure that all the cleaning issues are going well.

 

  • Responsibilities and activities and maintenance.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Effective communication skills Excellent Managerial skills

 

Computer skills

 

Confident and capable

 

10 years experience in a similar managerial position
