 Background:

Vehicle sales managers are responsible for organizing a team of sales people and devising strategies for the team to use to maximize sales and customer loyalty.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and training a team of sales representatives
  • Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets for the team
  • Monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and compiling market research information
  • Organizing sales conferences to introduce new products to the sales advisor
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales, 2 of which in a managerial position
  • English language proficiency
