Duties and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities & qualify opportunities
Identify customer needs and requirements and potential
Manage Sales Pipeline process
Develop a thorough understanding of the market, customers and Industry
Manage personal development to a competency level capable of delivering targets
Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective action where necessary
Assist to position Maersk Line as preferred transport partner
Coordinate monthly Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Build effective internal & external relationship
Act as a daily link for cross-functional collaboration with customer service, operations, Finance etc
Learning Opportunities in the position
Multi-Level Communication New Business development
Contract management & Negotiations Strategic & Proactive business management

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Specific Requirements for the position
BA degree in Marketing/sales or related fields with 2-3 years of experience
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A positive can do-will do attitude
Fluent is spoken & written English
Proactive, self-starter who can work alone & within a close knit team
Passionate with drive to continuously develop
Drive for Results - Willing to work towards achieving goals & KPIs of self & entire team
Analytical skills
Skills on Microsoft office programs (including Power point, Excel, Word etc) |
