Background: 1. Supervise and monitor all production procedures and production personnel activities. 2. Ensure all production processes are implemented in accordance to the QMS standards. 3. Oversee production hall is well kept at all times, and no excessive materials, tools, or waste are misplaced. 4. Plan production activities in accordance to the sales orders /plans. 5. Prepare Monthly and Annually Production Plans in accordance to company’s sales targets. 6. Assess raw materials and Packaging materials requirements as per production plans to achieve targeted Plans and stock levels. 7. Ensure production cost is effective. 8. Manage material and human resources effectively and within agreed waste and cost limits 9. Working closely with other departments to ensure overall company policies and targets are met. 10. Report Daily, weekly, monthly all production activities to Plant Manager highlighting achievements and deviations. 11. Report any equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with other departments to timely fix and maintain any defects. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning and management in similar environment. 2. Experience in QMS. 3. Organization, coaching and supervisory skills. 4. Report writing ability. 5. Able to work of own Initiative. 6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 7. Professional knowledge of Arabic and English Languages. 8. Self-confident character. 9. IT knowledge. |
