| Duties and responsibilities: To set up and check equipment for Banquets function based on daily issue of function sheets including removal and storage. To carry out work as assigned for set up of all functions. Operates equipment for functions as when required. Ensures on a monthly basis that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for Banquets. Ensures that all outgoing and incoming equipment which have been requested for banquets are logged daily. To carry out assignments on the Preventive Maintenance Program. To by stand by in the conferences halls during the functions Maintains cleanliness and orderliness inside A/V Control Room and AV Storage Room. Ensures that all the translation system equipments is working and keep it in a good condition |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues, instantly pinpointing faults and remedy during an event under Audio, Video and Lighting. * Experience in handling events. * Experience in general requirements * Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications and Windows XP. * Knowledge to install a printer,scanner,internet connectivity. * A good command in English: Spoken * Good personality. * Commitment and ability to work on flexible shifts and days off and long hours, ability to provide lateral service to other department with different job characteristics (Banquets). * Speaker systems and Amps * Audio Mixers, FOH, Monitor consoles (Knowledge in 4 Aux, 8 bus, matrix configuration, inserts, routing) * Mics: All types and kinds methods of operation * Conference Mic systems. * Projection systems : Front, Rear, ceiling, with VGA,DVI,RGBHV connections. |
