  Duties and responsibilities:

Talent Coordinator duties include some key tasks as follows:


Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs.
Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
Replenishes office supplies as needed.
Answers the telephone in a professional manner and assists internal guests with any questions, directions to the property, etc.
Assists candidates to post their resume on line
Assists the Recruitment & Talent Manager with the selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
Provides administrative support to the department.
Assists conducting surveys.
Works closely with all the associates to ensure a positive work environment.
Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department.
Assists decorating and posting all the necessary information in the bulletin boards and monthly newsletter.
Continue to help build and maintain a first-rate team.
 
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

College degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
Management experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management discipline.
Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Operate effectively in stressful situations.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to adapt to changing staff needs.
 Ability to relate to and communicate with people.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems through analysis.
Ability to organize and evaluate office production and procedures and create processes to manage work flow.
Process oriented, but flexible around business needs.
Proficient at using Microsoft office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
