Offer parting wishes to all clients as they leave the massage room
Perform massage therapy/facials/body treatments professionally, catering to your client’s needs
A clean, neat and professional appearance must be maintained at all times.
Promote spa and salon specials as well as ongoing services and products
Strive to create loyal customers and ongoing clients; encourage clients to book continuing and future appointments
Strive to build a referral business
Attend required staff meetings and training seminars
Be aware of other departments’ promotions and sell them.
Know and enforce all Hotel policies and guidelines
Ensure that treatment rooms are tidy and all the items available e.g. towels, candles, oils, etc.
Aware of how to make reservation for massage and other treatment packages.
Perform duties in a professional manner to the full satisfaction of the guests
Understand the club facilities and the price of memberships
Observe high standards of personal hygiene

Must be a certified Massage Therapist with ideally internationally experiences within the same role in a hotel or spa environment.
Should have either of the following NVQ Level 2 / ITEC / CIDESCO certification.
Minimum two years hotel experience in similar capacity
Experience in handling guest queries on different spa treatment.
Computer literate with knowledge of billing in Micros.
Should have a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
