أُنشأ أتش أر توب كأحد المراكز التي تعمل في مجال التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية والاستشارات استناداَ الى معايير مهنية دولية عالية تعتمد على خبرات واسعة وعريقة ،وهو نتاج خبرات متراكمة لعدد من الخبراء المشهود لهم في هذا المجال

المنهجية :

نعتمد في أتش أر توب منهجية من ثلاثة محاور أساسية :

  • اختيار أفضل المدربين وخيرة الخبراء فى مجال تخصصاتهم التي تخدم رسالة المنظمة.
  • اختيار أهم وأحدث البرامج التدريبية المناسبة لتلبي احتياجات كل منشاة وكل فرد.
  • الكيفية المحترفة والتنفيذ الفعال في تطبيق برنامج التدريب وتهيئة أجوائه المناسبة والتأكد من تحقيقه للفوائد وفق أحدث المقاييس والمؤشرات.

الأهداف :‏

تنظيم وعقد الفعاليات التدريبية المختلفة  بأسلوب ريادي هادف بتفعيل أحدث التقنيات بما يضمن تأدية رسالتنا بأكبر معايير الجودة والتطوير المستمر.


الأنشطة و الفعاليات ‏

  1. تشمل فعالياتنا التدريبية مجالات متنوعة (دورات , برامج , ورش عمل , مؤتمرات , منتديات , ملتقيات )…الخ ، إدارياً وتربوياً ومالياً والحاسوب وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
  2. التعاون مع مراكز التدريب محلياً وعالمياً لتنفيذ الفعاليات التدريبية المشتركة بما يحقق المنفعة لعملائنا.
  3. إعداد الدراسات وتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية للمؤسسات في القطاعين العام والخاص وخاصة تلك التي ترمي إلى تطوير هذه المؤسسات أو إيجاد حلول لمشاكل تعاني منها إدارية أو فنية أو غيرها.
  4. التركيز على البرامج التدريبية التي تعزز الوعي لدى المؤسسات والأفراد لإحداث نقلة نوعية في العملية الإدارية.

المدربين:

مدربونا ليسوا فقط الأكفأ مهنيا ولكنهم أيضا وبكل فخر الأقدر والأكثر تميزا على إيصال المعلومة واكساب المهارة للمتدربين فنحن نعتمد في اختيارهم إضافة إلى تخصصاتهم العلمية الرفيعة على خبراتهم وقدراتهم الشخصية في تنفيذ برامج تدريبية ذات قيمة عالية ومردود ايجابي بحيث لا تصبح العملية التدريبية مجرد هدر للوقت والجهد بل تطوير حقيقي للقدرات والمهارات وفائدة عملية تكتسبها المنشاة وأفرادها وتمارسها عملياً لتحسين أدائها العام .

Introduction: The American English Club Main goal is to establish a comfortable environment in which students can build connections and friendships that are long lasting.  Students will practice their English with a Native American in where they will be able to interact and discuss topics, watch movies listen to music in order to understand the American accent. Our main Goal is for every student to leave our institute with a self confidence in speaking and listening and to write as if English was their first language. We feel that learning should be fun and interesting not dull and boring like a normal learning environmen

Our Method:



Here at Ictld we focus on an interactive way of learning, whereas students can learn in hands on environment.  A student that has learned in hands on environment is more prone to cherish and remember the skills that he/she has learned and is able to move on with them in life. This will also help keep them more involved and push their selves to want to be better. We also offer one on one once a month with every student so they can monitor their progress and see where they improved at and what to focus on that is lacking improvement.
